چکیده

This is the fifth volume of the post-graduate lectures which have been delivered in Edinburgh by a team of specialists under the ajgis of the Honyman Gillespie Trust. It contains 37 lectures. The subjects chosen are full of interest and varied, such as amoebiasis, surgery of hands and fingers, chronic diarrhoea in adults, arterial embolism, psychogenic pain, judgment in cardiology, diet and dental health. The volume provides a good survey of the recent advances in medicine and surgery.
